Two entrepreneurs from Twente with over 20 years of combined experience in the labor market
Our Story
Brum & Keizer was founded in 2019 by Marloes ten Brummelhuis and Jacqueline Olde Keizer. Two entrepreneurs with a shared passion: connecting the right people with the right work.
In the early years, the focus was on international mediation, placing candidates from the Netherlands on Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. Housing and permits were also arranged.
Since 2024, our focus has been entirely on the Dutch labour market, specifically Twente. Today, Brum & Keizer works with companies in Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal, Borne, Almelo, Denekamp and Losser.

With experience at Randstad, Rabobank and Koers Oost, Marloes combines her extensive network with a sharp eye for the right match. Fast response and personal contact are her strengths.
Jacqueline Olde Keizer

Oldenzaal
Jacqueline worked at UWV and founded Koers Oost in 2009, which grew into a successful staffing agency with branches in Oldenzaal, Almelo, Enter, Rijssen and Zutphen. After the sale, she continued with Brum & Keizer.
Wout
Commercial Inside Sales Representative
Since March 2026
Wout has been working with us since March 2026 as a commercial inside sales representative. He manages files, processes administration and supports daily operations. Wout is also increasingly involved in the commercial process. He maintains contact with clients and candidates, actively helps find the right match and visits clients to learn the workplace.

Hours Processing & Inside Operations
Since April 2025
Bente has been part of Brum & Keizer since April 2025 and focuses primarily on hours processing. She ensures that all time registration is carefully and correctly processed. She also supports daily inside operations with her precise approach and dedication.
Moos
Office Friend
8 years old
Moos is 8 years old, a Labradoodle and our beloved office dog. He happily welcomes you, loves lying under desks and brings the cozy atmosphere to the office.
