Who we are

A small agency with short lines of communication: you have direct contact with Marloes or Jacqueline, not with a call centre. We are a member of the NBBU and hold the SNA quality mark (NEN 4400-1). Our office is located at Steenstraat 49A in Oldenzaal, close to the German border.

What kind of work we offer

Our vacancies are mainly in industry and production, transport and logistics, engineering, facility and cleaning services, retail and hospitality, and administrative work. Full-time, part-time and sometimes in shifts. On the vacancy page you can see what is currently available, including the location and hours.

How to register

   Tell us what you are looking for

   Complete the intake on our website in your own language, or send a WhatsApp. You tell us where you live, which languages you speak, what kind of work you are looking for, how many hours, and whether you have transport.

2. 2

   We will call or message you

   Marloes or Jacqueline will contact you and discuss the vacancies that suit you. Often you can start within a week.

3. 3

   You start work

   You will receive a temporary employment contract with Brum & Keizer and start working at the client company. We remain your point of contact, also during your work.

What you need to work in the Netherlands

• Valid identity document

  A passport or identity card. If you come from outside the EU, you also need a residence and work permit.

• BSN (citizen service number)

  Everyone who works in the Netherlands needs a BSN. You can get one at the municipality: if you already live here, at your own municipality; otherwise at a municipality with an RNI desk. We will explain how it works.

• Bank account in your name

  Your salary will be transferred to a Dutch or European bank account (IBAN) in your name.

Salary, collective agreement and pension

As a temporary worker, you are covered by the collective agreement for temporary workers. From day one, you receive equal pay: the same salary and the same allowances as a permanent colleague in the same role. The statutory minimum hourly wage in the Netherlands in 2026 is €14.99 per hour for everyone aged 21 and over. You start building up your pension through StiPP from your first working day, from age 18.

The language you need varies per job. Call, message or complete the intake in your own language: we'll tell you honestly what suits you. Our website, the intake assistant and the vacancy texts are available in six languages.
