Magazijnmedewerker vacatures in Enschede

Rather get things done than have endless meetings? Use your common sense, appreciate down-to-earth Twente mentality, and speak excellent Dutch? Great. Then you might just fit right into this warehouse team. For a great client in Oldenzaal, we're looking for several warehouse employees. You can start on short notice, but starting from January is definitely possible too. Currently working somewhere else but ready for a nice new challenge for the new year? Then we warmly invite you to apply as well. Mentality over experience! You really don't need years of logistics experience on your CV. We're mainly looking for someone who keeps their feet on the ground, keeps their promises, and sees what needs doing. Don't overthink it, just get on with it. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting your working life: if you want to work, pick things up quickly, and bring that no-nonsense mentality, they'll gladly teach you the rest. What will you do? Together with a friendly bunch of colleagues, you'll make sure the warehouse runs smoothly. You'll collect and check orders, prepare them for shipping, replenish goods, and ensure everything is neatly in its proper place. You'll work alternating shifts every two weeks: - 06.30 - 15.30 - 13.00 - 22.00 The position is for 32 to 40 hours per week. Who are we looking for? Actually quite simple: a practical doer with common sense. You like being active, see for yourself what needs doing, and enjoy a bit of banter now and then. But when work needs doing, work gets done. Warehouse experience is nice to have, but definitely not required. We value your attitude and work mentality more. One important condition though: you speak excellent Dutch. You can speak, read, write, and understand Dutch well. This is important for communication, work instructions, and safety on the work floor. What do you get in return? You'll join a good, committed Twente employer with excellent working conditions, clear working hours, and long-term opportunities. And just as important: a friendly team, an informal atmosphere, and colleagues who, like you, appreciate getting things done and a bit of fun in between. Does this sound like your kind of work? Or thinking: I'll be ready for something new from January? Apply via brumenkeizer.nl or WhatsApp/call 0541 72 90 65. Work that fits. People that fit.
