What will you do?

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You mainly help German-speaking customers by phone with their questions and make sure they receive good and friendly service.

Besides phone contact, you also answer questions via email and chat. No day is the same and you enjoy helping customers with a good feeling!

• You speak enough German to have a conversation. Perfect German is absolutely not necessary!
• You are customer-friendly, social and strong in communication.
