Team Leader Logistics – Germany

Do you have experience in logistics and do you know how to lead a team in a clear and motivating way? For a client in Germany, we are looking for an experienced logistics team leader who keeps overview, takes responsibility and knows how to improve processes.

You will be directly employed by a German employer.

What will you do?

In this role, you are responsible for the daily management and organization within your department.

Your tasks include

• Distributing, coordinating and monitoring daily activities
• Managing and guiding employees within the team
• Monitoring quality, safety and progress
• Identifying bottlenecks and thinking along about process improvements
• Ensuring an efficient and reliable working method within the department
• Executing and processing administrative tasks
• Working with warehouse and registration systems
• Reporting on progress, results and special occurrences
• Acting as point of contact within the department

What do we ask?

For this position, we are looking for someone with extensive experience in logistics and leadership.

It is important that you

• Have completed a logistics education or comparable qualification
• Have several years of experience in warehouse or logistics
• Have experience in managing employees
• Are good at planning, organizing and setting priorities
• Work responsibly and quality-oriented
• Have experience with warehouse systems and MS Office
• Are strong in communication
• Can work decisively and independently
• Speak good German
• Can travel independently to the work location in Germany
