Sales Advisor

As a sales advisor, you guide customers through their purchase journey. Most customers visit the store by appointment, which gives you all the time to map out their wishes, needs and possibilities. You listen attentively, ask the right questions and translate the customer's request into suitable advice.

Through your personal approach you create trust and ensure that customers can make an informed choice. You're not just busy with sales, but mainly with offering expert advice and an optimal customer experience. Thanks to your commercial insight, you know how to recognize opportunities and guide customers professionally towards a suitable solution.

What will you do? -Welcome and guide customers during scheduled appointments -Identify wishes, needs and budgets -Advise on suitable products and possibilities -Prepare and follow up on quotations -Maintain customer contact throughout the sales process -Contribute to commercial objectives and customer satisfaction -Ensure a presentable store environment
