Store Manager

For a store in Enschede, we're looking for an enthusiastic and decisive Store Manager who takes the lead and is responsible for day-to-day operations.

What will you do?

As Store Manager, you are the point of contact within the store. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, motivate the team and like to roll up your sleeves yourself. You keep overview, think ahead and make sure that every customer leaves the store with a good feeling.

Your tasks include

-Managing, coaching and motivating the store team; -Achieving commercial objectives; -Ensuring optimal store presentation; -Working on the shop floor and advising customers; -Identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing them; -Taking responsibility for daily planning and organization.

What do we ask? -Experience in sales (retail experience is a requirement); -Experience managing a team or the ambition to take this step; -A proactive and independent work attitude; -Good communication skills; -Availability during the week and on Saturdays; -You take responsibility and are a real go-getter.

Location: Enschede Store opening hours: daily from 09.00 to 18.00 (also open on Saturdays) Employment: 32-40 hours per week
